Terms of use

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the Scopio platform, available at scopio.pl (the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by Denys Hritsanov Scopio, ul. Biskupia 6/4, 50-148 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8971961798 ("Scopio").

The Platform lets Customers search for and contact local service providers — pharmacies, clinics, dentists, vets, mobile mechanics, beauty specialists, nannies and other partners ("Service Providers") — through an AI agent that works by voice or text.

Using the Platform is free for Customers. Scopio does not charge Customers any fee for searching, contacting a Service Provider, or booking a service.

The AI agent presents data supplied directly by Service Providers — prices, availability, opening hours — in near real time. Scopio makes reasonable efforts to keep this data accurate but does not guarantee it is 100% correct; the Service Provider always confirms the final terms.

Scopio acts solely as a technology intermediary connecting the Customer with the Service Provider. The contract for the actual service (e.g. dispensing medicine, a medical appointment, a repair, childcare) is concluded directly between the Customer and the Service Provider.

Scopio is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, safety, or manner in which the Service Provider performs the service. The Service Provider is always the party responsible for delivering the service.

Where a service is paid for online through the Platform, Scopio acts purely as a payment intermediary — funds paid by the Customer are forwarded to the Service Provider. Scopio does not take any commission from payments made by Customers.

Customers may also pay the Service Provider directly, on site or in another agreed manner.

Within the Platform, the AI agent may present offers for tours, cruises, event tickets (concerts, sports, festivals) and tourist attractions supplied by external partners, made available on an affiliate basis. Clicking such an offer takes the Client to the partner's own website, where the actual booking and payment take place — the contract for that service is concluded directly between the Client and the partner, not with Scopio.

Scopio is not a party to that contract, does not charge the Client any fee for the referral itself, and has no influence over the final price, availability or cancellation terms — these are governed solely by the partner's own terms. Scopio may receive a commission from the partner for referring the Client; this does not affect the price paid by the Client.

Access to the Platform for Service Providers — visibility in the AI agent's search results, API integration — is paid and billed on a subscription basis, monthly or annual. Specific rates are set out in an individual offer provided to the Service Provider before the agreement is signed.

Scopio does not take any commission on transactions between a Customer and a Service Provider — the subscription fee is Scopio's only source of revenue from Service Providers.

The Service Provider undertakes to keep its availability, prices and opening hours up to date, and to reliably fulfil services requested by Customers through the Platform.

Scopio is not liable for damages arising from a Service Provider's failure to perform, or improper performance of, a service. Complaints about the service itself should be directed straight to the Service Provider.

Scopio is liable only for the correct functioning of the Platform itself — forwarding the request to the Service Provider and displaying the data received from them.

The rules for processing the personal data of Customers and Service Providers are set out in a separate Privacy Policy, available at scopio.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.

Any disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over Scopio's registered office in Wrocław, Poland.

These Terms are in force from the date of their publication on the Platform and may be updated — Scopio will give reasonable notice of any material changes.
