01General Provisions

1. Scopio.pl is a trading platform connecting buyers with selected sellers — partners of Scopio.

2. Administratorem serwisu jest Denys Hritsanov Scopio, NIP: PL6423263578.

3. The regulations define the rules for concluding and performing sales contracts in Poland and the European Union.

4. Products can be sold directly by Scopio or by external sellers (Marketplace). Each seller is responsible for their own offers and order fulfillment.

5. Use of the service means acceptance of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy.

02Terms of Access and Account

1. Using the service requires being 18 years of age or 13+ with the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Account registration is voluntary and free. Purchases are also possible without registration (as a guest).

3. The user agrees to provide true data and update it in case of changes.

4. The account can be deleted at any time through the settings panel or by contacting support. Deleting the account does not affect ongoing orders.

5. Scopio reserves the right to suspend the account in case of violation of the Regulations, with prior notification via email.

03Placing Orders

1. Orders are placed by adding products to the cart, selecting the delivery and payment method.

2. Order confirmation is not equivalent to concluding a sales contract. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of fulfillment by the seller.

3. All prices listed on the platform include VAT, except for B2B transactions using the reverse charge mechanism (Reverse Charge).

4. Orders paid in advance must be settled within 5 days. After this period, the order is cancelled.

5. Sellers may set limits on product quantities per order. Attempts to bypass these limits constitute a violation of the Regulations.

1. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card data is encrypted and is not stored on Scopio servers.

2. In the case of B2B transactions with companies from the EU having a valid EU VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism is applied (0% VAT). The buyer declares VAT independently in their country.

3. VAT invoices are generated automatically and available in the account panel after order fulfillment.

4. Refunds are processed within 14 days of refund approval, using the same method as the original payment.

1. Available delivery methods depend on the seller and the buyer's location. The estimated delivery time is provided on the product page and in the order summary.

2. Shipments are sent with full tracking (Full Tracking). The tracking number is available in the account panel after the shipment is dispatched.

3. Delivery within Poland: 1–3 business days. Delivery to EU countries: 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the seller.

4. In case of failure to collect the package on time, it will be returned to the seller. The buyer covers the costs of re-shipping.

06Withdrawal and Returns

1. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The period is calculated from the day of receiving the shipment.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a statement through the account panel (Orders tab → Return) or by email.

3. The product must be sent back within 14 days of submitting the statement of withdrawal. Return costs are covered by the buyer, unless the seller decides otherwise.

4. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to: custom-made products, digital content delivered with consent, sealed products for hygiene reasons (after opening the package), and perishable products.

5. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the statement of withdrawal (or after receiving the product, if later).

07Complaints

1. Products must comply with the contract. In case of non-compliance, the buyer has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.

2. Complaints about products purchased from Marketplace sellers should be directed directly to the respective seller through the account panel (Orders → Help). The seller is obliged to respond within 14 days.

3. Complaints regarding the functioning of the Scopio.pl service should be sent to the email address growmebusiness.pl@gmail.com. A reply is provided within 30 days.

4. The manufacturer's warranty (if applicable) does not exclude rights under the statutory warranty.

08Dispute Resolution

10-Hour Rule

The seller has 10 hours to respond to the reported dispute. After this time, Scopio may automatically approve the refund to the buyer.

1. In case of a dispute with the seller, the buyer can open a case through the account panel (Orders → Help). It is possible to attach a description, photos, and voice messages.

2. The seller receives a notification of the dispute and has 10 hours to respond and propose a solution.

3. If the seller does not respond within the designated time or the solution is unacceptable, Scopio may decide to refund the funds to the buyer.

4. Consumers can use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Consumer Ombudsman or the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

5. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law and EU directives on consumer protection apply.

1. The Buyer Protection Program guarantees a refund in case of: non-receipt of the order, receiving a product not as described, or lack of response from the seller to the complaint.

2. Scopio verifies sellers before admitting them to the platform. Sellers have verified company details and Stripe Connect accounts.

3. Product ratings and reviews are moderated. Scopio removes false or unfair opinions.

The user authorizing autonomous purchases is responsible for the commissioned transactions. The right of withdrawal and complaints apply the same as for traditional purchases.

11Personal Data

1. The administrator of personal data is Denys Hritsanov Scopio, NIP: PL6423263578, contact: growmebusiness.pl@gmail.com.

2. Data is processed based on GDPR for order fulfillment, account support, and marketing activities (with consent).

3. Marketplace sellers may process buyer data only to the extent necessary for order fulfillment.

4. The buyer has the right to access data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer, and object to processing.

12Final Provisions

1. Scopio reserves the right to change the Regulations for important reasons (changes in law, new platform functions). The change comes into force 7 days after notifying registered users via email.

2. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law apply, including the Civil Code, the consumer rights act, and GDPR.

3. All legal disputes are resolved by the court competent for the consumer's place of residence (for consumers) or for Scopio's registered office (for businesses).
